I was born in Hong Kong in 1951. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Science (1974) from The University of Hong Kong. I am also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the U.K. and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

I joined Chevalier Group in 1986 and is now an executive director and company secretary of both Chevalier International Holdings Limited and Chevalier iTech Holdings Limited (to be renamed as Chevalier Pacific Holdings Limited"), both of them are public companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In Chevalier, I am responsible for management of the group's accounting and treasury, corporate finance, investment, pension fund and company secretariat activities.

I am also an independent non-executive director of two public listed companies in Hong Kong, namely Victory City International Holdings Limited and Easyknit Enterprises Holidays Limited. I am also a treasurer of University Graduates Association Education Fund and a member of the Incorporated Management Committee of HKUGA College.
