Ordinary General Meeting 2015

Ordinary General Meeting at 6 p.m.
Members of the HKU Convocation are invited to attend the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of Convocation to be held on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at 6 p.m. at the Senior Common Room, 14/F, K. K. Leung Building, The University of Hong Kong.

The election of eight members to the Standing Committee will be conducted. A list of the candidates is available at http://www.convocation.hku.hk/2015OGM/candidates.html.

Dinner at 7 p.m.
Members may also opt to join the dinner to be held at the Senior Common Room, 14/F, K. K. Leung Building, The University of Hong Kong at 7 p.m.. The cost of the dinner is $220 per person. Only 40 seats are available and registration is on first-come, first-served basis.
